Check list to see if you are cleared to play on monday.

Emergency Consent Form and Player Info. 

In case of emergency, please fill out Emergency Consent form and hand in to your coach as soon as possible.

Health Assessment Record (Physical Form) 
This form requests information from you (Part I) which will also be helpful to the health care provider when he or she completes the medical evaluation (Part II).  All athletes must have a current physical on file in order to participate in any sport.
Health Questionnaire (Parent Permission Form) 

It is mandatory that a parent(s)/guardian(s) sign and hand in a Parent Permission form for their student-athlete.

Pre-season Workout 

Weight Room is Open afterschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Don't Forget Wall Ball. 10-15 feet away. Proper form is important.
200 Repetitions each hand

Stickwork Plan 
Click here to see two Wall Ball drills and several group stickwork drills. Always focus on good technique. Over head passing, Soft hands, No bad habits. This will separate you from everyone else.
